Emani Ellis, a security guard who is filing a lawsuit against rapper Cardi B, took the stand in the civil trial. As the first witness, Ellis explained the altercation, during which the rapper allegedly spewed several profanities and racial slurs. Cardi B was at an OB-GYN office and pregnant with her first child, Kulture, when the incident occurred. The rapper denied the claims and stated that the security guard was the aggressor and was trying to film her.
